Portafilter

The portafilter works great in combination with the KM filter. Something that takes a bit of getting used to is the distance of about 35mm to the old portafilter that's on the machine; the "new" one is directed toward the user and thus sits almost on the edge of the drip tray... but for me personally that's okay, and you can see how beautifully the coffee flows out...

Hi Harald, many thanks for your feedback on our portafilter. Your note about the dimensions compared to the old portafilter will surely be helpful to others as well. Thanks for that, and best regards Florian.

Great Shop

After I gradually upgraded my 10-year-old Rocket with all kinds of KM products like double spout portafilter, tamper, barista towels, knock box, measuring cup, and IMS shower screen, I can only say: it was worth it!! You've designed fantastic products, and it's a pleasure to work with them.
Moreover, you have the absolute best customer service. I've rarely experienced such a quick, helpful, and accommodating response to inquiries.

Hi Barbara,

many thanks for your kind words. How wonderful that it's been worth it for you. We really appreciate your consistently positive feedback about our products and our customer service.

Nice Alternative

I bought the stainless steel portafilter with double spout to replace my scratched brass portafilter, and after a week I can say it stands up to the original in every way.

The only minor issue with the Rocket Espresso is the direction of the spout, which is suboptimal as it sits almost at the edge of the retention cup

Hi Dennis,

great feedback, thank you so much.
